I'm starting this thread to discuss other options that maybe available just in case the daca deal does not go through. I have recently renewed so I'm good for 2 years but what happens after that especially if a permanent solution is not reached. I'm personally going to remain here for the next 2 years and probably relocate after my current ead expires, I can not see myself going through daca again or going back to the shadows. What ares you guys plan just in case a reasonable permanent solution is not reached.

Haircut, slim fit clothes, hit the gym. Take GOOD pictures, add a dog in some, make profiles on common apps. Build up a social circle, try meetup. Find a qt 3.18159 and file for AOS.

I have the exact same question!

I've been pondering about this for a few weeks now and nothing good comes up. All of my friends keep saying "get married." I which it was that easy

yea, its not easy at all. whether the marriage is real or fake., the marriage process can be a long and difficult one. I'm not personally not going to get married until I'm ready which isn't any time soon.

I have been thinking about Canada especially since I have family members out there who are citizens. But I need to do more research about how to relocate.

If dreamer bill doesnt get passed, im moving to canada. Already it the works and waiting for invite based on express entry. Id rather go to a country where i can work, live and prosper without worrying. The sad thing is my parents and siblings are green card and USC so ill be leaving them behind but theyre ok with it and can visit me! Who knows, if something happens here, i can try to move them to canada. Options are all on the table!

Probably gonna start the transfer to another EAD category and simply call it a day. Thought of renewing DACA, but doesn't make any sense for me.
