New I-765 form question about SSA

I answered question 9.a and 9.b in which it asked if SSA ever gave me a social security card which I put yes.

Then I wrote my social but in question 10 it says do u want SSA to issue u a social security card? and it says if u say yes you must also consent to question 11 for permission to get a social.

Since I have a social do i put no and no?

Write NO. you already have an SSN, you dont need a new one.

Also, you can get a new SS Card with same # (If you had one) right with a physical EAD or just NOA?

Use last year's W-2s?

Altenatively do this:

Hourly rate * Number of hours per week * 52. If your hours are variable then guess.

I keep the eletronic pdf copies on the computer so I can use them as reference - too much work to dig out ids and stuff. Good luck!
