Please post updates on shutdown information in this thread. Let's see if we can keep things more organized:

Watch live proceedings here:
https://www.senate.gov/floor/

@chadpergram

Senate back at 11 am et. No deal locked in yet to do procedural vote to end debate on Hse-passed CR. By rule, it could happen at 1 am et Sat unless there is a deal. Gov’t funded thru 11:59:59 pm et tonight

Senate needs 60 yeas to end debate on interim spending bill. Maximum of 47 GOP yeas. 3 noes: Paul, Graham, Flake. Rounds is now a yea. McCain is out. Need 13 Dem yeas? Tall order

Democratic Sen. Jeff Merkley says he will vote no on the continuing resolution unless it includes funding for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and community health centers and a fix for DACA.

Reread it. There is a period after the 'e' in Flake. Meaning the sentence concluded, which was introduced by the word noes. In other words, to answer your question: based on the above, they are not yeays.

@JenniferJJacobs
TRUMP PLANS TO STAY IN DC until Senate passes stopgap spending bill, so he can sign it before leaving for Mar-a-Lago, a White House source tells @margarettalev. Tentative plan is for Trump to depart TOMORROW MORNING for Florida. (Then he can still make big party Saturday.)

Make a deal Trump!
