I know they might make their ruling around March or June, legally they never said daca was unconstitutional because it was a 4-4 decision, Do you think they’ll direct uscis to nullify all daca applications post October 5?

No. They shouldn't nullify any processed DACA cases. Any DACA documents produced should still be valid until their expiration date.
