Great if Senate could pass bill that deals with DACA,Border,Nuclear Family reunification&lottery.But we need a “Plan B” bill = DACA+Border

Since they cant deal with ChainMig, Phase 1 will only legalize those on DACA. No age outs etc.

If they want to prevent another wave of dreamers or illegals, then move onto CIR and you can mess with chain migration, there.

Add DV lottery at least to the mix

"It does nothing good"--except give people an opportunity to the American dream similar to why your parents brought you here. Please don't be that dense. Look at some of the countries in that list. They have impressive folks from all countries

Instead of DV Lottery, allocate a number of merit-based visas for people from underrepresented countries. Simple.

Even for chain migration, don't end it for non-nuclear family members of citizens, but put a higher priority on people who are skilled. They can end it for LPRs though.
