Ok now if a person is trying to get it through their parents, If the parent's case is approved for residency after the child is 21+ would that child still benefit the residency?
as long as the child was under 21, at the time, when they applied for it. i know that sometimes it could take a while for an app to get approved.

im confused....

so my mom applied for greencard when i was 16-17 years old (thru my grand mom who is a citizen), and i got aged-out when she finally got it, and my little brother was still under 21 so he got the greencard but i didnt.

in this case, am i eligible for the app? i am 26 years old now, born in march, 1982. i think my mom applied for greencard in 1999 and she and my brother got the card in 2007.

edit* im new to all these terms btw.. what is CSPA benefits? i hope this is actuallly opening me a chance to get the greencard, i was bout to go back to my country because i cant handle being an illegal alien anymore.....

It appears Shusterman is suing the government for further clarification on CSPA at the very least.
