Okay this might be a crazy conspiracy theory but I started losing my hair about a year ago... trump was inaugurated a year ago. And it's gotten even worse the past 3-4 months aka when he announced he was rescinding daca... conspiracy? I think not

Ok all jokes aside I really think the stress and and anxiety about this whole fiasco does have something to do with it. I've heard those things can cause hair loss. Im planning to go to the doctor to see if it's just temporary or am I really balding at 30. Imagine? They're like yeah looks like onset trumpitis lol

It is possible that the anxiety triggered your hair to Telogen effluvium meaning stress triggered it to die prematurely and now you are shedding. If purely due to stress it should mostly grow back.

If male, it is normal to experience hair thinning mid 20s.
Is there a pattern to your hairloss?

I’m reeeeeally hoping it’s stress related. I have regrowth so that’s a good sign. And I’m female 😓

What if my hair was always thin to begin with?

you should use anti balding medication that trump uses or maybe wear a toupee.

Stress is pretty bad but I think in your case it's probably just genes.

Stress could be a contributing factor, but its not conclusive or has been demonstrated scientifically.

But my hair is already turning white, stress could also be a contributing factor in that.

I am not even 30 and I would say 20-25% of my hair is now white. I do tend to worry a lot.

Besides, moving this topic to other topics as it belongs there and not in new members.

I'm convinced that my Chronic GERD is caused by stress. Mentally, I'm still more or less there. Kind of disassociated from the real world but I can trick myself with false hope and what not but digestion has its own nervous system (or something like that) so there is no fooling it.
