And then what? Shutdown is not the way. It’s evident that these politicians don’t care about the future of this country. They’re avoiding debt by going further into debt. Unless I’m misunderstanding the current situation.

Ok guys calm down. They are gonna debate it next week. Then they will put it to vote. Trump is gonna be okay with it and he will greenlight Ryan he will then put it to vote in Congress and then trump will sign it and call it a big win for America.

In this specific case it would have been 100% the GOPs fault for shutting down the government. There is enough GOP members to pass any bill in the House. Pelosi was able to hold the caucus together EXCEPT for the one time it actually mattered. This is failed leadership on her part. Though when I saw the bill and all the concessions the Dems were getting, I figured we'd be thrown to the curb.

this is fine, im glad the budget issue is over. we are now on the center stage, despite what Chuck Schumer said that we dont deserve the stage.

they can finally concentrate on immigration next week w/ hopefully a fair debate and amendments process.

pass or fail, i just want to see a vote. i can live with that.

I see where youre coming from but Trump seems to make better decisions when he is in a good mood or overall having a positive week. I remember his positive remarks on immigration happening after he has a good week, a fully funded government can finally stop distracting congress and lord willing they have no more excuses to get this shit done.

Trump needs a shutdown. So much dumb shit going on at the White House, Russia probe, Dow Jones is tanking. The distraction of a shutdown would take some heat off of him.
