Parents - undecided
Chain migration - preserved for USC, limited for Perm Residents
Due process - preserved
Implementation - provide guidelines in 90 days, full implementation by 180 days (get your renewals in ASAP!)

Will it include aged out dreamers of 2012?

(2) PRIORITIES.—In carrying out immigration enforcement activities, the Secretary shall
21 prioritize available immigration enforcement resources to aliens who—
22 (A) have been convicted of—
23 (i) a felony;
24 (ii) a significant misdemeanor; or
25 (iii) 3 or more misdemeanor offenses;
26 (B) pose a threat to national security or public safety; or
27 (C)(i) are unlawfully present in the United States; and
28 (ii) arrived in the United States after January 1, 2018; or
29 (iii) have not been physically present in the United States for a continuous period
30 since June 15, 2012

If you’re older than 38 it seems you don’t qualify.

this community needs more support for aged out Dreamers of 2012.

Splits up the $25b per year and the appropriation of funding can be blocked during any fiscal year = TRUMP VETO
