If I had the choice, after all has been said and done, and from watching nothing get done from this do-nothing Congress, I think I would probably vote Republican at this point.

The ONLY real chance at immigration was the govt shutdown when Schumer caved to save his own ass and it's become crystal clear that immigration is nothing more than a voting bloc for Democrats at this point. Since they seem so intent on keeping the issue alive thru the election cycles and are now stalling for the most part, I think it's better to at least (for the sake of this issue) to give the GOP a majority so that something can be done, one way or the other. Immigration, as polls have shown, is something that many on and off Capital Hill would agree is a priority issue yet because neither side has an overwhelming majority, it continues to stall. Since I don't see the dems stealing many seats this November, might as well support the GOP.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.
