just a quick question regarding renewal application... Do we still need to send in evidence that we've been here for the last 2 years? I remember sending a bunch of bank statements to prove I've been in the US for my 2nd renewal. thanks!

No, nothing is required to show continuous residence for renewals, unless you left the country, which I can't comment on that since I never did.

No, just a copy of your current EAD. Front and back.

I just sent my stuff in last week. All they asked for was the money passport pictures and copy of your permit.
