The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals accepted the Administration’s request for an expedited hearing on its appeal of a lower court ruling concerning the termination of DACA. A three-judge panel of the court will hear arguments in May.

What’s the best/worst possible scenario?

Hopefully it gets terminated (though they’re left-leaning judges), that is the only way you will get congress to act. Trump wants the wall and I can see him caving.

Hopefully it doesn’t get terminated because I have no faith in any of those motherfuckers.
