Guys I would like some advice from those of you who have knowledge about removal proceeding cases.

So my removal was administratively closed after I got DACA- its been years and the case is still closed (NOT terminated) however I am now planning to leave the US. I cant return for atleast 10 years due to the bar. I have a sibling who sponsored me but that would take 10 plus years. My question is what happens with the removal case. I have spoken to few different attorneys and received different answers causing confusion. Basically since the removal was not terminated, it could open up anytime in the future and may cause issues when I am eligible through siblings petition. Even though I am voluntary departing, my case is still in limbo with court. Any thoughts?

You should re-open proceedings and request voluntary departure if this is the case.

Where's your home country?

Are you leaving because you're tired of waiting for something to happen?
