I have noticed the forum becoming more inactive than before. Is it because everyone got renewed for 2 more years and will wait until they are months from expiration to come back here?

If you guys act like that, dont be surprised when Congress does the same thing by putting off DACA until we are months from expiring.

For real! I am so sick of this cycle. Don't become complacent.

Dude some of us have been fighting this for over 10 years.. we are simply tired. Perhaps you can rally the younger generation to take over.

I haven’t been that active, because simply there hasn’t been that many new developments pertaining to DACA. I have not been approved for renewal so as of right now I expire in January. Am still anxious am still scared, disappointed.....but I continue to write and call congressman/women. I continue to sign petitions. I am still very aware of the situation.

Yeah it's been dead here.

I've been hopeful for years and thought something would happen towards the end of last year/early this year.

Tbh, losing hope that anything will get done. This country is too polarized and Congress plays party over country.

I'm working on plan B and adjusting in a different way. Taking matters into my own hands. If anything happens between then, so be it.

You think chatting on an Internet forum will make Congress act? People are tired. December, January and February were tiring as fuck. The last decade has been tiring. Give us a break. I’ve only know about my undocumented status for five years and I’m tired. I can’t imagine how others must be feeling right now.
