Hi all, I received the my renewal submission notice and it has an instruction of how to create an USCIS online account (not sure if needed since we already have case number for checking status).
I remember I created an account last time for my renewal but somehow the access code expired and my case got approval very soon so I didn't bother.
This time when I tried to create one, the website is supposed to send over a one time password to my phone but then the text said this phone number is already set up to receive one time passwords. AND I didn't receive any one time password...
First of all, is this online account really useful? Anyone else experience similar issue?
