For those who have already been approved this year and are expiring in 2020, when do you plan on renewing again?

Whenever SCOTUS starts reviewing the case briefs. Im thinking March next year, so I would be applying a year before expiring.

One should take into account not only Scotus...but employer as well. Most large employers have a 90 day termination warning of using e-verify.

Employers who use e-verify get an alert that your EAD is expiring at the 90 mark. HR from your job will then inform you and if you cannot provide another EAD, your employment will terminate.I had to go through this in 2016 when my daca was delayed

No, no one expected the DOJ to actually defend daca since they are coordinating with the AGs to end it. I believe NJ's AG is trying to step in an Argue for Daca. But we will see what is will happen.
