Im still waiting on my approval since my biometrics were taken in early february. My ead expired march. I see that the majority of everyone has been approved very quickly. Am I the only one thats been waiting for a long time now?

Im certain I filed correctly or else they would have notified me about any missing information. I even called uscis but they told me the processing time is normal. My status case says "Case is actively being reviewed" I guess just bad luck

Filed 4/5, bio 4/30, received EAD today... something might be wrong in your case, investigate if you can!

What is you’re timeline? Did you send you’re packet in late?

OP, I wouldn't worry too much. While your renewal is taking longer than average, there are always outliers. One option is contact your Congressperson or Senator (assuming they are immigrant friendly) to inquire on your behalf.

One advice I would give you is to keep a look out in you’re mailbox. Even though you’re online status has not changed, sometimes you’re approved and it doesn’t show it online. That happened to me in my last renewal.

You can also contact USCIS Ombudsman case assistance. Even though they don’t have the authority to make or change USCIS decisions, they do make an attempt to resolve problems with pending cases.

One last advice that I would give you is that if you are debating between contacting you’re state senator or local house representative, I would go with you’re local congressman that represents you’re district. They are always the fastest when it comes to a response.
