So, on the I765 form, I incorrectly wrote my Middle name as my last name, and my first name as my last name. (I'm not sure how it happened, maybe because it was late). Anyone experienced some shit like this before?

Two things can happen:
They can reject the application.
They can accept it with the wrong name.

Then they might issue an RFE due to the name mismatch, or not.

The best thing you can do after you get a receipt notice is to call USCIS, request to speak to a level 2, and get them to correct the name on the application from their end.

Well, they accepted it and scheduled me for biometrics. Will call and see if they will change it. Likelihood they'll make me resubmit?

Does the name look correct on the biometrics appointment document?

Haven't gotten it yet. They just updated it to say it was mailed. Can the people at ASC update it when I go for prints?

It is my fault. But it's stupid that my I+821d has my correct name and my A number is correct on all paperwork. But they didn't catch the discrepancy while processing

They may or may not have access to update it, but it is unlikely.

If this is your second or third time renewing, there is a possibility that they caught the discrepancy and fixed it themselves.

You can also try login in to your account and see how your name was entered in their system, and even download your biometrics appointment document:

Beast. Logged in and also called them in. Apparently they caught the mistake and fixed it

wow that was lucky, you got someone who was not a total d bag. They could have easily just rejected you and told you to do it right next time. Good luck and always triple check before you submit your package.
