I-130 After Interview Timeline?

So they received my I-130 on 06/08/2017 and i had an interview on 04/11/2018 and it still have not been approved. Do any of you guys had to wait this long to get your I-130 approved after the interview?

I feel like we're missing some background information. Are you going through the Adjustment of Status process? If so, you may have a better luck asking your question on the "DACA to AOS" thread:

i had my interview at the end of January, and still waiting..... they received my i130 and i485 on 06/27/17

Yeah I'm going through AOS. But I was in removal proceedings so I have to terminate my case first. That's why I send out the I-130 first.

Oh!! so, you're waiting for the I-130 to get approved so you can then apply for the I-601A waiver. Correct?

The I-130 alone is taking around 7 months to get approved. However, if you're in removal proceedings it usually takes longer; somewhere between 1 to 1.5 years, or so I've been told.
