So for a lighter topic --

I know that many of us are stressing the fuck out. How are you all dealing with it?

I'm trying not to think too much about it but its hard.
So for now I've been focusing on work and I'm about to start an IT training program that will get me started in this field with a certification while I work on finishing my associates degree.

So mostly work, school and a little bit of friends time to keep my mind off this ... Best I can do.

Fortunately for me, last month I Had a horrible wisdom tooth extraction that still hurts me. This new physical pain has afforded me a new opportunity in hiding some of my emotional pain and I've even lost 5 pounds and feel better about myself.

So there you go: the answer is physical pain.

I take long drives into the woods and scenic places.

Helps to reset my mind on things.

Heh - immigration is literally the only thing that's not going right in my life. What's worse in your life?

Ooh that sucks. I had all 4 taken out with local anesthesia (couldn't afford general) and it screwed up my bite (terrible under bite & constant TMJ discomfort), but no pain afterwards.

You should be good to return to work the day after. Could probably stretch it out to two days.

I'm going on a two week road trip - hopefully that'll take my mind off things, but I'm worried that immigration will cloud everything the entire time. Hopefully I don't get pulled over and detained by some overzealous local PD.

Health issues and deaths around me, turned into fully anxiety.
