DACA Denied????

So my friends DACA renewal was denied stating she had obtained legal Status as of Dec 2015.
she has had a DACA for many years now. and has no Odea how she would have any legalstatus.
we called USCIS and they was just as confused as we are. Telling she need to contact a lawyer or go to the immigration office to find out what status it is referring to

Word??? What the!!! That's crazy.

Imagine she has a green card already or something. Id get right to that!

Try contacting ACLU, they helped many people here in 2016 when the renewals were being delayed.

it was not delayed it was denied stating she was granted lawful status in 2015.

what we can not find out is what they are referring to.

She can easily find out her status by doing an infopass appointment and finding out simply by an immigration officer. They will tell her then and there.

ReIf her DACA is expired she could be arrested by an officer no? I would be careful and make sure you are not out of DACA.
