October Expiration - Status still pending

My story is that I sent my renewal on January 2018 and Form I-821D was received on1/31/18.
On March 3rd, I received te letter "we are actively reviewing your Form I-765".
From the end of January to now almost July, it's been 6 months and nothing has happened.
My worker permit expires in October. My case was sent to the Nebraska center.

What's the issue?

It will be approved 150 days before your expiration date

November exp are already being approved.
