i-765 questions 28-31b

Hi folks. I'm about to fill up my i-765 EAD form next month. I notice that compared to the last couple times i filled it, this new version is very long. My main question is that for the section titled "Information about your Eligibility category" on page 3, we only have to enter (c)(33) for question 27 and leave questions 28-31b blank right? Thanks much.
