My brother was born in the US. He just turned 21 yesterday and he's started petitioning for my mom to become a resident (they just sent their paparwork 2 days ago). I know its easier for children to petition their parents over their siblings but is it still possible for him to petition me as well?

I'm 27 years old with DACA. Not married and came into the country legally with a Tourist visa when I was 6.

Is there any way my brother could actually petition for me even though he's already petitioning my mom right now?

Yes he could. It’ll take about 10 years though.

If you are Mexican it will take much longer than ten years.

Are you Mexican? If so 20+

If you are Indian around 15+

Anything else gets much better. If you were from Zimbabwe your wait would be non existent.

Because OP is from Mexixo, that wait for the F2B visa (mother petitioning older son 21+) is currently 22 years and it will increase as time passes.
