DACA Renewal Window?

Hello everyone,

My DACA expires in June 2019. When will I be eligible to renew DACA? Is the window still 150 days? Can I renew it now? Should I renew it at all?

yeah u should submit a renewal now. they'll approve you 150 days out of June 2019 though.

Not true. My sister's app got approved a little over a year before her EAD expiration. Not complaining. Additional year is well worth $500 but just sayin that they don't always wait for the 150 day window to approve.

If you are afford the filing fees, please do yourself a favor and submit for renewal now. Even if you loose a few months, you will get extend for 2 years as opposed to not being able to renew after June 19.

when was she suppose to expire and when did she submit her app?

Expires July 2019. I think she submitted in May. Approved 8/31/2018.

Most of us who sent our renewals with a year still on our EADs are being renewed on a 150 days basis as far as I understood from other people's posts..
