My mom is a Citizen of United States. Application cost 500$ and the waiting time is 10-12 years. I'm not sure if I should apply or wait for the outcome of the Daca. What you people think?

there will be, but nothing wrong in having a backup plan 10 years later.

Did you post this to brag? It's kind of a stupid question.

Well, Duh. You never know what the future will hold. Maybe you'll get some sort of a permanent DACA and no green card and this will be how you adjust your status in 10 years. Maybe they'll pass some kind of immigration reform that goes through the visas faster. Maybe there won't be any relief and this is your last resort.

One of my siblings petitioned me back around 2005 as soon as they became a USC and none of us ever thought it would come to this because the Dream Act was on the table, marriage, etc. but here I am 13 years later and this is my ONLY hope right now...

some stupid idiot on this forum thinks Republicans will pass something, but everyone who is from North America, Europe and Asian with brains know for a FACT our salvation is with the blue wave. And its going to wash away all of these black plague mistakes being left by the red Republican party and its dark black hairy baboons who support them
