I would apply, just write them out a personal check and if they reject it atleast you still have your money due to them not cashing the check. However, I would hope they cash it due to better chances or your application. good luck!!!!

This sound interesting!!! Im sure if i apply it comes out in their system that i applied and was eligible but only was denied because of the damn online diploma! Now i have one and i wish i can get my work permit! Im on the process of my i-130 and then 601a but damn this process takes forever and i need to work to pay future expenses for lawyer and stuff

I think you can apply since you already applied before and got denied... so that means you aren't a new applicant.
Just apply.. The worst case scenario is that you lose $495.

For a $150 or so you can get an appointment with an immigration lawyer and present all your case and get an answer one way or another. If you are otherwise eligible, you have to try.

If you know how to properly fill out DACA applications and can send a personal check then I'd say go for it.

Think of it as an investment, you'll either win and get an EAD or get rejected - keep in mind they MAY deposit the check regardless so be prepared to lose the $495.
