It just takes a few politicians' signatures to get him a special AP. But not us. We ain't going to get AP from his accomplishment.

He can probably try for an exceptional talent visa and come back pretty quickly. He is a Rhodes scholar , legal entry and no unlawful presence.

Harvard has free lawyers to help students on immigration issues, but I think he just graduated this year. Not sure if he can still use the free lawyers.
