Majority Leader Hoyer announces that House will vote soon on a bill to protect Dreamers/TPS recipients. He says it *will* be bipartisan.

We ALL know that it is going to FAIL in the senate... If it does not fail then our SUPREME leader will veto it... Don't get your hopes up... Democrats are setting up the stage for it to fail in the Senate so they can say that "see we did something!"...

my thought exactly. if it's bipartisan, it should come from the Senate.

They won't have to try very hard as it probably won't even get a vote in the Senate. People will blame Democrats because Democrats botched their 'best' chance during both the shutdowns.

Furthermore, when SCOTUS strikes down DACA, people will be angry with Democrats when they refuse to exchange 4 pillars for DACA that Trump would probably ask for.

Democrat 'fails:'
1.) Only a weekend long shutdown in 2018
2.) Never counter-offered in shutdown of 2019
3.) Refused to consider any negotiation in 2020

As long as we get to renew one more time, I think this is the best we could have hoped for in a Trump presidency.
