Texas Lawsuit Update: Defense files motion to deny summary judgment

TL;DR (but it’s only about 10 pages):

You guys are asking for summary judgment, but haven’t modified your argument any since the first time and the judge (Hanen) says we need to look at the merits in depth first.

Bet you well see a ruling next Friday if the judgment is approved or denied.

So this is Judge asking Paxton to write a different argument first?
