Currently I’m 20 years old and an Indiana resident which is not the best state to be in for university. The main problem for me, based on California requirements, is establishing financial independence. Has anyone else dealt with this problem? Are there any other states I could go to, wait a full year and qualify for in-state tuition.
-Thanks
