I’m 99% sure I can’t travel on international waters but I’ve never even been on a cruise so I thought I’d ask. The cruise would take us to Montego Bay, Cayman Island, & Cozumel. The last time I left the country was on 2016 with Advance Parole.

Has anyone ever had this dilemma that can help me out?

You can go on the cruise, but they will probably not let you back in and you'll be banned from the US for 3-10 years depending on when you received DACA.

You go through customs upon return to port. So unless you’ve got something like advance parole, you’ll be detained

You need AP to do it but still not worth the risk IMO.

No you can't, besides cruises are lame. Its a hotel on a boat.

These are the only cruises you are allowed on, through mavni perhaps:

Thanks everyone. Like I said I’ve never been on a cruise let alone anywhere on the sea so I didn’t know the procedure.
