DACA Renewal proof of residence help

The instructions for form I-812D say that you have to "submit documentation to establish how you satisfy the guidelines as if you were filing an initial request for consideration of deferred action"

Does this mean I have to submit continual proof of residence from the point where my last (initial) application left off?

No, that’s for first time applicants. You are renewing.

I also thought this part was confusing because it is listed under the sections for "renewal" requests. Having said that, I did not submit anything because on top of that section it also states to not submit information which you have submitted in the past.

Kinda contradicting information.

If you have documents pertaining to an arrest/criminal charges/court dispositions that occurred before your DACA renewal then you have to send those in.
