My DACA expire on March 2020, should I go ahead and renew now or wait until the 150 deadline. I’m afraid of the Supreme Court ruling. Any advice?

Supreme Court won’t hear arguments until November and won’t rule until June of next year. You may be better of waiting until your 150 days

Ding ding ding. The justice moves glacially.

If you have the money and don't mind losing a few months off your DACA status, I would still apply early just in case - they will keep it in queue & process it on the 150th day before it's due mark. There are other cases out there (ie: Hanen's Texas lawsuit) which are set to be ruled on earlier than next year.

Doesn't matter how early you send it in, they won't process until the 150 days anyway. It starts making a difference in how much time you lose once you get past the 150 days.

My daca expires March 2020. I applied in August 2018 (after the Texas Judge made an issue again). I am hoping it will be renewed in October (around 150 days) and I will apply again early 2020.

I will keep applying .. even an extra week is worth the $500 renewal fees.

I like being a Daca. It's so damn liberating. I enjoy every minute of it. A green card and permanent status is a formality at this point. We are dug in deep. The heels of the DACA sheep are dug in deep. Our fleece is stronger than the weapons Trump night devise. It'll take more than the grand orange clown to take us out. Repubs might as well give up. Trump and his pal Epstein will grace the halls of a minimum security prison for the rich quite soon.
