Life kept me busy for the last 12 months or so. so whats going on? any new legislatures in the process? I heard about the supreme court stuff over tv news, is it going to lean our side or what?

Not sure. Sound like it will rule against DACA (likely!).

How are you doing that? I'm going to go forward with my case one way or another in 2021 and if all is lost and I'm detained, Canada is the only place I can survive. Is it worth paying a Canadian immigration lawyer for an over the phone consultation?

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.
