I think they will deliver on June or July next year. I could be wrong.

LMAOOOO NOOOOOO

Supreme Court starts hearing cases tomorrow.
Decision is announced usually between April and JUNE. So chill folks
No new news on DACA until Spring or Summer.

It is expected to continue being implemented.

For the larger stuff like the Dream Act etc... we will have to wait until next election cycle FML

No decisions until next year. Arguments begin tomorrow. We can expect what the Justices think based on their line of questioning tomorrow.

SCOTUS could have canceled the lower court injunction that allowed DACA to continue. But they make those orders when they grant cert (take up the case initially)

Washington anticipates DACA to STAY in place. I imagine supeme court will avoid the political mess and havoc of potentially removing DACA protection. Would be like a nightmare for all of them and a solid black mark in their careers.

I do hope this reignites the debate back to immigration reform as well.
Surely, DACA cannot be a permanent measure for the rest of my life, can it?

I’ll add that it seems like the Trump admin is expecting this. And responding by adding the new fees for DACA applications

Oh is that why it went from 465 to 495 this year? I think

I mean yeah, no kidding,
Removing DACA would be pulling hundreds of jobs from USCIS too I bet

Funny you mentioned that. I was just telling my mother about the increase and that I wouldn’t mind paying double as long as it stays. That surely adds funds to uscis.

Best of Luck to US!

May God give peace to all souls and those that will be speaking for us tomorrow.
