That would only happen in a shit hits the fan situation. If you signed up for selective services and are between 20-25 years old then in a hypothetical situation where the draft is needed then yes DACA recipients could be drafted.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

I wanted to get drafted so I can prove that DACAs are top of the line warriors.

Buuuut.

Then again I dont want a nuke dropped on top of me.

Again, so thankful I dont live in a large city.
