We’ve known this, they’re going to come for those with already existing removal orders first. We know they’re opening those cases up already. Then anyone with any kind of record. I think they’ll hit up the people they can prove are not so good citizens it’s the only way they can justify kicking us out during an election cycle.

DACA did not confer any sort of status that would bar deportation, it is only a temporary pause.

Anyone who has entered illegally, or has overstayed is subject to potential deportation. This is not news. That is the law as it is on the books since basically before all current DACAs were born.

It was already known that those with deportation orders have a target on them, but lets not ignore that we as DACAs don't have a permanent bar against deportation.

I can't believe anyone is getting surprised by this, this is well known since 2012 when the program started.

Just keep your head down, don't get a record by drinking and driving, follow the rules of the road. Don't draw attention to yourself by being in protests.

There are people with 20+ years in the US WITHOUT DACA, we'll be okay.

Stop being little scaredy-bitches, undocs are not allowed to be scaredy-bitches.

Not all republicans hate DACAs and undocs, and not all democrats support keeping us here.

If I remember correctly there was a dream act vote in the senate that failed because of democrats not voting FOR us. Republicans voting against us, is them going along with their base, it is expected of them. It is expected democrats will help us out.

In 2010 it was five votes short of clearing the senate, but nope, FIVE democrats voted against.

This absolutist black and white thinking is what gets humans fucked up in the first place.

The easiest targets in order of ease of capture are:
1. DACAs, they have given all their DATA and info and they are unlikely to change it significantly enough to avoid being caught.

2. All the twitter undocs who proudly announced to the whole internet and ICE that they are illegal. All ICE has to do is request their information from twitter, who has helpfully provided it to other law enforcement agencies in the past.

3. They could also go to to facebook and get the information there.

Really the main thing here is keeping your head down, not being an ass, not drawing attention to yourself. Not speeding. Not drinking and driving. Yes that includes wet reckless. No marijuana. No drugs.
