Main Points:

Quote:
President Trump is expected to announce his FY 2021 budget on Monday, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The president will reportedly ask for $2 billion for his border wall, less than half of what he requested in 2019, which led to the longest government shutdown in US history.

There are funding changes to agencies across the board, including a 12% increase to NASA and a 26% decrease to the EPA.
There he goes again, the tycoon with more wins for America. Meanwhile doomsday on the horizon for Dreamers as SCOTUS is gearing up to strike DACA down. No Dems in sight to rescue them while the Trump Machine looks formidable than ever!

Trump is trimming the fat off our bloated government. The whole hog needs to slim down fast if we are to deal with the 14 TRILLION in DEBT.

Dems need to get something for DACAs only in this new budget.

Usually must pass legislation is an excellent vehicle for programs congressmen want, but wouldn't pass standalone. Make a big ol legislative sandwich with all sorts of stuff.

If it seems morally dubious to put a big law sandwich together, its cause it is.

Past events indicate that Dems ain't going to be doing shit (And in an election year??? Forget it. Nobody especially Dems, pursues legislation during election years, I have seen it for past 20 years I've been living in this country) and Trump's going to run away with additional Border Wall funding. It's quite remarkable. You've got to give credit to this admin for ruthlessly going after and pursuing the Pro-America agenda. Dems gotta realize, they will have to go and ask for what they want and negotiate. Shit won't come falling in their laps. And now the dude is acquitted. Nothing more to investigate!

And you are absolutely on point with regards to sticking a DACA only fix in this must pass legislation and I bet you big time immigrant orgs will do their best to prevent this! They are using DACA recipients as well and will never want and will lobby Dems hard to avoid doing this.

Trump has gotten most of his funding while DACAs are still screwed. Dems will forget about us this electoral season. Empty promises, become nonexistent or Dead On Arrival Legislation. All the Dem Nominees are pro-DACA, but will they DO something. Smart money says no.

You have to give credit to Trump for ceaselessly and tirelessly fighting for what he believes in. I wish the Dems had a Trump-like candidate up for nomination that would be as tireless and energetic as fat-man trump. The Cheezburger man is running circles around the dems and laughing in their faces after the acquittal of the useless impeachment.

Seriously did anyone actually believe he would get impeached? Is anyone really that slow? I don't think anyone had a single shred of hope that a fair trial would happen in the Republican senate.

All Pelosi could do was rip up the speech. LMAO. Game over Hillary from California.

I disagree with your statement that they should go ask and negotiate. That has already been tried to disastrous results. They put 25 Billion FULL wall funding in exchange for DACAs, but Trump wanted more out of the Dems and ran away from the deal.

Most republicans actually like the DACA program because to be remain in it you must not be a criminal of the criminal law variety. Civil law criminal, it seems is allowed if you behave.

Trump will most likely get what he wants this cycle, and then finish off 50% of the wall this term. Next term he will have renewed energy and vigor to finish the rest. Which isn't that bad. All the liberal media is like buh guh its not NEW WALL getting built where it wasnt before.

NOT TRUE. Its upgrading current wall systems this term because they were so pathetically and comically bad. Literally sheets of insta-rust sheet metal and vehicle barriers illegals can hop over with a small skip.

Then Liberals are like: But they can still get in!!
True, but LESS get in, which means border patrol is more effective.

If you recall, most immigration proposal from the Republicans have centered around a wall being finished before any immigration benefits can be given to those who deserve and or earn them. No, paying taxes is not going to entitle anyone to anything. Lots of temporary people pay taxes on their business visa and get nothing in return.

Proof: Gang of 8 bill.

I don't think immigration organizations will do much this time around, because their beloved constituents are at a major risk for deportation under a second trump term. They might actually have to help us out this time around.

No, being obnoxious and loud and in the street blocking traffic will not help.

UWD is a minor player in all this. Their influence across the DACA-space has been greatly reduced because of people becoming woke to their activities and lack of results.

Hardline stances dont give anyone any help when you have nothing to negotiate, and nothing the trump admin wants.

We will see what happens, but smart money says dont hold your breathe.

The President wants $2 billion, little does he know the Democrats will give him $5 billion! That’s how stupid this party is right now.
