how long does it take to hear back from the immigration office ?

Hello everyone,
I sent in my renew about 10 days ago, how long does it take on average to hear back or get an update from the immigration office ? the check hasn't been cleared by the way.

P.S. I also sent in the electronic update agreement but haven't received anything in email nor in text.

I lost my tracking number. I don't know whether they received my request. Thanks for replying.

I sent mine 11 days ago and just today I logged into the my USCIS portal and see that they received it. Check your account for an update.

Where do you see it in the USCIS portal? I sent mine more than two weeks ago and still nothing. Which lockbox did you sent it to?

I sent to Chicago lock box, i can't login to the portal cuz i forgot my user name and password
