How is the virus going to affect the DACA ruling?

From what I read it shouldn’t affect any future Supreme Court rulings.

Probably none? Most people in DACA age won't be affected by the virus themeselves directly.

Perhaps Trump decides to rescind it right before the election to rile up his base?

It's good for us because Trump ain't winning a second term if this thing isn't solved soon.

Well I just read the supreme Court is suspending arguments over the coronavirus..not sure if it applies to DACA since a decision should already be in process.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court announced Monday that it is postponing arguments for late March and early April because of the coronavirus, including fights over subpoenas for President Donald Trump’s financial records.

Other business will go on as planned, including the justices' private conference on Friday and the release of orders in a week's time. Some justices may participate by telephone, the court said in a statement.

Looks like even covid19 is stepping into this DACA debate and tipping it in our favor, but that's of little comfort given the US is going up in flames from covid19.

It will not future affect them big time, but they got to be more careful with their health as well and the people working.

Opinions in several high profile cases could still be handed down in the coming weeks, the court said, including rulings on Trump’s cancellation of DACA for young undocumented immigrants and on employment discrimination against LGBT Americans. Both were argued earlier this year with decisions expected any day.
