Seems like the a-holes at USCIS decided to archive everything DACA related to obfuscate applications. The only application that's current is the i-821. i-765 & i-765ws are both expired 5/31. Anyone have issues applying w/expired forms? I'm getting ready to send my package in but don't want to give them any excuses.

I've read it was fine for some people and I've also read some people got rejected. Then I also read some people also applied for a non-daca related work permit and also got rejected for the same reason and then uscis sent them a letter saying "we fucked up, our bad, please apply again"

I sent my application yesterday using those expired forms, we'll see what happens.

I asked the same question recently and went for it a week or two ago. They already sent me the acceptance letters this week so I’m assuming it’s fine for now.

Also I wrote 5/31 on the date where you sign it. I don’t know if that made a difference or not *♂️

Hey guys! I just renewed this month, the only current form I could find was the i821 form.
I used what they had available for the other ones with no issue at all.

I suggest not using links for forms directly from this forum since most of those have been posted a while back.

Get forms directly from USCIS website.

You shouldn't have an issue with them. I recently sent my renewal on jun 10th, they accepted applications on the 15th. just waiting to see if a have to do the biometric or they going to use my previous ones.
