.@JohnCornyn says Congress preparing to act on #DACA w/ expected SCOTUS ruling this week.
Says Senate has "perfect record of failure" on immig reform and "maybe just maybe one way to deal with this would be to deal with it incrementally."
"We need to protect these young people."

https://twitter.com/lomikriel/status...012215296?s=20

"did he give any more specifics on what a possible congressional response could be?"

https://twitter.com/BenjaminEW/statu...928337921?s=20

"Not really beyond that. Said he "wouldn't take anything off the table," though he doesn't think comprehensive reform is possible. He's talking to senators, reps & White House to "provide ourselves the space and the time in Congress in order to deal with this in a reasonable way."

@JoeBiden

Dreamers are Americans. But Trump's ripped away the hard-won protections of DACA recipients, throwing their lives into upheaval. It’s unacceptable, and on day one of my presidency I will protect them from deportation and send a bill to Congress.

There's a 90% chance ruling is tomorrow. If not tomorrow, 100% it's on Monday.

I hope the Court rules against the procedure taken by Trump to cancel DACA, making him eat his own shit and that we are left alone due to the general election until next year.

For those of you that can't wait, GTFO.

This is my sincere opinion. If DACA remains in place and Democrats come in control, there is not going to be any legislation and the only avenue for us will be adjustment via marriage. This I am so confident I can give to you in writing on a gold sheet of paper. But anyhow, regardless of what happens let’s hope for the best.
