I am so shocked that Trump's administration is openly defying Federal Judge's order to restore DACA to its status in Sept 2017. I have never seen any US government defying and flouting Judge's order until now. It's really hard to believe.

USCIS latest DACA memo :

Currently pending renewals will only be granted for 1 year instead of the previous two year period.
Pending new DACA applications will be rejected
Advance Parole requests will be rejected unless applicants can prove “exceptional circumstances”.

My question is " is there any penalty for the federal government to defy Judge's order ? Will the judge issue new order or do something to stop Trump's administration's action ?

Fuck Trump's administration! Why can't they just leave us alone ? Ugly politics , they are playing with our lives!

They could file contempt on the acting director wolf but it seems that they found a loop hole on the scotus decision

Listen to DHS secretary and his explanation

I just listened . He didn’t give a straight yes/no answer to the question . I love America . I grew up here . Here is my home . I just so fucking dislike this Administration. All of the officials work for this clown President are racists , xenophobia and liars .

I'm just so pissed at the fact I have to spend that amount of ludicrous money again next year. on top of that, they are restricting us to be able to travel whereas tps holders and other refugees don't have to justify their circumstance to get AP.

Don't we enter a "contract" when filing renewals before this? Isn't that why grandfather clauses exist?

So, it's been like 24 hours already and nobody sued yet. What's going on.

The hard part is, it is well with the administration's right to do so. This is the first step in getting rid of daca. If it does go to the supreme court... the move will be upheld. We just have to tough it out until we can see the results of the November elections.

There is no basis to sue.

All existing lawsuits and court actions are regarding the 2017/2018 memorandums.

DHS issued a new 2020 memo that withdrew the existing memos.
