Hey all. It’s been a very, very, very long time since I’ve been here. I am now a permanent resident.

I recently learned about this when a friend told me about it while house hunting. So if you’re looking for a mortgage, count Wells Fargo in along with many other companies/credit unions that offer mortgages to DACA recipients.

Hang in there guys. It’ll all be over soon!

Any good mortgage agent/broker should be able to get a DACAer a loan as a "normal" person in the wholesale loan market.

Every single institution should. You can't be denied a mortgage loan just for being a DACA recipient. They will ask you for your work permit and all you have to do is send it to them and tell them its renewable every two years. My original loan was transferred to Wells Fargo from my original institution that approved my mortgage and I recently refinanced with another company and no questions asked.

“It’ll all be over soon”

Is a meteor on its way? Cause that’s the only way it’ll be over.
