Biden gave the 100 day promise for immigration reform. Second time the charm?

He said that before that he will propose an immigration reform within his first 100 days as a president.

But unless the senate flips we should not expect anything permanent.

Best he can do is return DACA to 2 years and give us AP.

His oil comment will cost him PA and the election.

I thought immigration would not be part of the debate, but I think the moderator put it there because of the recent news about the poor 500+ children whose parents cannot be tracked... This incompetent administration didn't even try to keep a record of who is whose parent....

Immigration is still not the top priority for Democrats because of COVID-19 and, possibly, the Supreme Court striking down Obamacare... But, the atrocity of the Trump Administration on the issue of immigration, ironically, might help us. Biden specifically mentioned DREAMers during the debate..... Who knows... I don't like the fact that I rely on this slim chance. But... who knows...

Anyone can propose a bill within their fist 100 days. To get the Hispanic vote Obama screamed he would pass immigration reform and he didn't do shit. He had both house and senate in his first time so the Republicans cockblocking him in his second is mute. At least Biden admitted they waited too long but what else was he gonna say?Deporter in chief is well documented but it got little traction. The amount of good people that got caught up under Obama's deportation spree is legendary but never gets talked about. Yeah DACA will be protected under Biden/Harris but for the other 11 million immigrants - not so much.

Stop dwelling on the past. What do you have to gain? Let's see what happens.
