RFE on my 601A :( - letter to lawyer or petitioner ?

I checked the status of my 601A case and they are sending a letter requesting more evidence. the receipt date for my case is 11/25/2020
Need to wait until letter arrives, I am asking my lawyer whether the letter will come to him or my mother who is the petitioner, does anyone know? Im so nervous about what else can they be asking for.

Hmm, not sure... My guess is that they'll send them to both.

Don't worry too much about it and send them exactly what they want, nothing more and nothing less.

If there's a G-28 on file they send all notices to both you (the applicant) and to your representative. Only the notices for immigrant petitions (I-130, I-140, I-360) get sent to the petitioner, everything else gets sent to the applicant.

Ok thanks, so far i have not gotten any notices. the lawyer filed it so i don't think he filed the G-28 for me. I emailed him last night and have not heard back yet. Will wait a couple of more days. This is the company's lawyer, so not so straight forward to get to them.

Did you sign a blue form by any chance?

No I do not recall a blue form. I did find a copy of G-28 that I got from them to sign and where they are listed as the contact. I gave uploaded all the evidence to website that law firm uses, then after a 1-2 months they came back with it, where i reviewed and fixed some mistakes they made (one huge mistake I luckily caught was them saying my mother was a US citizen when she is a permanent resident only), then signed 601A form and another month later they finally submitted it.

Out of curiosity, what processing center was handling your case?
