How important is creating a USCIS account?
I got a letter from USCIS suggesting I create an online account but the problem is when I try to login it says I keep getting the password incorrect. There are only 3 different passwords I use for everything.
When I try to reset my password and create a new one, it doesn't let me submit and I'm not redirected to a new page, as in, the server is down or overrun or something.
Anyway, should I keep trying to access my account or is it even necessary, thanks in advance.
I don't want to be red-flagged by USCIS for trying to access a locked account everytime.
