Whats the fastest speed in which you could obtain Advance Parole granted? And how? Specifically speaking for work purposes.

Just got offered a position in which im going to get to manage almost 100 plants for my employer but they got quite a few in Mexico and Canada. Basically i would be travelling from plant to plant every 2 to 3 weeks for the next 3 years.

FOIA is also in process.

My understanding is that AP is granted for a specific amount of time. They might grant it for few entries. You definitely cannot expect AP will work all the time.

I have applied for AP based on work purpose and asked them to expedite my application due to severe financial losses.

They received my case on 5/7 and it is still pending. Although I received my receipt about 3 weeks ago.
No updates.

Even if they grants you for multiple entries, they give you a specific amount of time per each AP paper so if you wish to travel every 2-3 weeks you will have to apply for multiple AP applications ahead of time with consideration of your departure and arrival.

I too have this question but unlike OP actually have a job offer that may require international travel. Please post your timeline experiences.

Do you think it's a good idea to apply for AP for a given time frame instead of specific date? I plan on getting AP for work. Going to get a letter from employer but not sure what to include on the letter.

I think it is very hard to predict when they will schedule your consular interview appointment, so I will not do a specific date for the AP.

Yes, I'm just going to put down date range (Jan to May), hopefully that will work.
