I recently moved, and I submitted a change of address with USCIS. I was supposed to receive confirmation by 6/20, and I have not. Anyone else ran into this problem? Should I resubmit the form? I tried calling USCIS the other day, and I couldn't get through. I also sent a message through my online account about four days ago and no response either. I have a month or two before I should get my renewal approved, and I don't want the new EAD sent to the wrong address. Any suggestions?

if you can not get someone from USCIS then setup your account with USPS and forward your all mails to your new address.

I am having all my mail forwarded, but I read that USCIS mail does not get forwarded. I will try calling again.

you probably should confirm this with USPS but I think any letter that is marked "return service requested" on the envelope, will not be forwarded by USPS but will be returned to sender.

Thanks. I actually got a response back on my online account that the change of address was processed. I just never received the confirmation.

You know you can have residency address and mail address right? I move a lot and have never had issues updating my address with them

I know. My mailing address and physical address are the same. And I've never had an issue before either updating my address, but this time I did.
